From
the first functional Stabilisator 3000 A1 test bench prototype
which came out in 1994, which was sold to the French Ministry
of Defence and then the first delivery to the American administration
( INS - Immigration & Naturalisation Services / department
of justice - ) in 2001, Sominex S.A.S have
accumulated considerable know-how and recognition in their
speciality.

In 1992, Philippe LEVILLY invents
a portable, universal system for testing and adjusting
portable firearms.

The « Stabilisator 3000 A1 »
product was developed and improved by Philippe LEVILLY
at the company L2S S.A.R.L., based in Caen, in Normandy.
At the request of the French Army, improvements were
made to the system.
These improvements were patented in 1993 and 1994 ;
American extensions were also deposited for all of the
patents.
Over 5 years, 3 prototypes were built, and a pre-series
of 38 appliances was sold in France and Belgium.

and their interest in the innovative nature of this

To facilitate the entry of capital,
Stabilisator 3000 A1 technology becomes the property
of the public company SOGESTA, which was created in
April 2000.
The public company SOGESTA is responsible for the management
of industrial property titles, R&D and seeking financing.

Two new patents were deposited
in 2002 ( with extensions in the U.S.A ), relating
to weapon reception equipment for the Stabilisator
3000 A1 test bench. ( «Blocking points blocking
» and « Quick Blocking System »
interfaces ).
The « Stabilisator 3000 A1 », «
Blocking points », « Quick Blocking
System » and « Flash Test »
brand names were also deposited in France, Germany,
Italy, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and the
United States.
An LRAC anti-tank rocket version of the «
Stabilisator 3000 A1 » was ordered by the
French Army ; this LRAC new anti-tank rocket version
is a technical success.

- New assessment tests and export sales |

Having passed the military administration
and police assessment tests abroad, the Stabilisator
3000 A1 test bench units were sold in Canada, Germany,
Ireland, Switzerland, Norway, the Netherlands; new orders
from Belgium, the United States ( FBI, U.S. Army...
) and France have also been recorded.
The Berreta group signs a patent operating licence linked
to the Stabilisator 3000 A1 technology, in particular
the « Blocking points » standard, for an
expert marksman shotgun market intended for the Gendarmerie
Nationale and Police Nationale ( National Constabulary
and National Police. )
The US Army places its 1st order for new « Quick
Blocking Sysytem » blocking interfaces for fastening
M16 A2 to the Stabilisator 3000 A1 test bench AEL model. |
2004

The Stabilisator 3000 A1 technology
is adopted by the DGA/DCE for its expertise and testing
centres in the context of a market negotiated over five
years.
The United Arab Emirates ordered several complete «Stabilisator
3000 A1» ballistic laboratories in 20’ air-conditioned
firing shelters.
Development of standard blocking accessories and interfaces.
Start of the Flash test project ( universal optronic
sight automatic adjustment device for footsoldier weapons
of the future ) ; device directly associated with the
« Stabilisator 3000 A1 » technology. |
